If there was an issue with your order and you need a replacement please add this item to your cart. In the customer notes put the order number for your previous purchase and what item needs replaced. If you are an international customer please wait at least 25 days from the ship date to replace a lost order, international orders can have a long transit time. If you need a return label to return any items you can request that in the customer notes section as well.
