The Glucomart Premium Dexcom G7 Patch is designed to keep your Dexcom securely attached while protecting sensitive skin and staying comfortable for a full 10-day+ wear period. Created by a Type 1 Diabetic and trained chemist, this patch uses a breathable stretch-woven fabric and a hypoallergenic medical-grade adhesive engineered for extended wear.
The ultra-flexible 8-way stretch fabric moves with the body, while the interlocking woven material prevents fraying and keeps the patch looking clean from day 1 to day 10+. The patch is 100% waterproof and sweatproof, allowing water to pass through without absorbing, ensuring reliable performance during showers, swimming, and exercise.
The patch is fully opaque so designs stay bright and vibrant on any skin color, and the 4-section backing makes it easy to apply without touching the adhesive. The adhesive activates with warmth and bonds fully within about an hour. Designed to handle sports, cold weather, humidity, and daily life, this is the first Dexcom adhesive patch created by a Type 1 Diabetic and built from real-world experience.
Directions for Use:
1. Clean skin with non-moisturizing soap. Avoid lotion or moisturizing soaps. Trim excessive hair if needed.
2. Apply the patch by removing one section of the backing at a time. Do not touch the adhesive. Do not lift or reposition once applied.
3. Activate adhesive by rubbing from the center outward. Allow 1 hour before bathing, swimming, or exercise.
4. Remove slowly in the direction of hair growth. For strong adhesion, use a removal aid such as Skin Tac remover or a rubbing alcohol/baby oil mix and wait 5 minutes before peeling.
Troubleshooting:
Patch won’t stick: Avoid moisturizing soaps, do not touch adhesive, ensure adhesive warms to body temperature, allow full bonding for 1 hour.
Painful removal: Use a removal aid and allow it to soak before peeling.
Itching: Rinse with cool water. If irritation continues, remove slowly with a removal aid. True allergies are rare.
