What is your return policy? 

Original sales receipt must accompany returns.

We accept returns for refund 14 calendar days after delivery of the product. Items on clearance cannot be returned. Products with expiration dates will not be refunded after 14 days. Items must be in “new, unaltered and unused condition”. Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

  • safety seals must not be broken and box/safety pouch must not be opened
  • without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
  • within 14 calendar days of the delivery date (after 14 days no returns are allowed)
  • must not be a special order or a custom order
  • unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return  policy time period other than that 14 days noted in that item’s  particular item description.
  • Please note that opened lancets cannot be returned.

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact customer services immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.

There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items with expiration dates that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again you MUST contact us within 14 days if you intend to return any items. Items returned to us after 14 days and without contacting us will not be refunded.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if Glucomart is not at fault. If Glucomart is at fault, shipping will be reimbursed, but cannot exceed the original shipping costs.

Is pre-owned equipment safe to use?

Yes. All pre-owned equipment is tested and sanitized before redistribution. We have a trained chemist on staff who oversees equipment sterilization and performs daily quality inspections to ensure safety standards are met.

How soon do items in the short-dated category expire?

Items in the short-dated category will have the expiration dates listed. Most short-dated test strips expire between 1-5 months. Short-dated items are discounted up to 90% off the retail price.

Is there a way to be notified when items are put on clearance?

Since we significantly mark down items on clearance, many of our customers have asked to be notified when new items are added to the clearance section. Please contact us by email if you would like to be notified when an item becomes available.

How quickly can I expect my order to be shipped?

All orders are processed within 24 hours and are shipped through the United States Postal Service. Packages typically arrive within 2-5 days.

What if the item I want to purchase is out of stock?

We update our inventory daily so if you can’t find what you’re looking for, please check back at a later date or contact us if you would like to be notified when an item becomes available. If you would like to be notified, please send us the name of the product and the desired quantity.

Where do you get you inventory and why is it so inexpensive?

We purchase our inventory from individuals or pharmacies that have a surplus. We are able to purchase the supplies at a low cost. We also have a very low profit margin. Our goal is to provide diabetic supplies at an affordable price.

How do we protect visitor information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. When you place orders or access your personal information, we offer the use of a secure server. All sensitive/credit information you supply is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our databases to be only accessed as stated above.

Do we disclose the information we collect to outside parties?

No. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, we will email you a tracking number for your package. You can track your package at USPS.com.
